Planning your dream wedding should feel exciting—not overwhelming. Whether you’re booking just our floral & décor services or reserving our historic venue too, here’s how we make the process beautifully simple:

1. Submit Your Inquiry

Get started by hitting the Get Started button below to fill out our Wedding & Event Inquiry Form. This gives us the key details to begin—like your date, how to contact you, and any addtional information youd like us to know.

2. A Quick Phone Call

We’ll reach out for a short, friendly chat to go over your vision and confirm availability for our venue and/or services.

3. Style Questionnaire

You’ll receive a personalized questionnaire to help us understand your aesthetic, color palette, priorities, and must-haves.

4. Consultation

We’ll meet for a full consult—either virtually or in person—to explore your floral and décor dreams, walk through venue options (if applicable), and talk through the logistics of your big day.

5. Custom Proposal Delivery

Next, we craft a tailored proposal just for you. This includes floral and décor recommendations, pricing, visual inspiration, and venue selections if you're booking with us.

6. Contract & Booking

Ready to move forward? You’ll be able to review and sign your agreement online. Once your deposit is placed, your date is officially reserved.

7. Design Preview & Planning Touchpoints

As your day gets closer, we’ll create a detailed design mock-up and offer planning check-ins to make sure every element reflects your vision—down to the very last bloom and brass candlestick.

8. The Big Day

With every detail in place, our team takes it from here. We handle delivery, set-up, and staging so you can focus on what matters most: soaking in every joyful, beautiful, love-filled moment.
